Anyone that has worked in a restaurant or commercial kitchen knows the value of properly maintained tools and equipment. While we can't work on your deep fryer or blast chiller, we can maintain one of your most often used tools... your knives.
A sharp edge means more precision cuts, cleaner plating and presentation, and less workplace injuries.
With our knife exchange service, you'll always have sharp knives for your staff to use!

We will discuss the individual needs of your restaurant / commercial kitchen, and determine the quantity/type of knives that you'll need as well as the frequency of exchange. We'll also give you a demo knife to use to determine what bevel angle is optimal for your kitchen based on the stations used.
We make the first delivery of knives on the scheduled date.
Every week / 2 weeks / month we come and exchange out the dull knives for freshly sharpened ones!
