We have a couple different options available...
- We can come to you for free! We offer free pick-up and delivery for all of our customers.

Having the right bevel angle will make your life easier and give your edge a long lifetime.
Depending on whether you're cutting paper thin slices or cleaving lobsters, there's a bevel angle that will work best for you.
We'll help you find the best angle for your day to day passion!

Touch-Up's

While general sharpening will be necessary from time to time, touch-up's can give your edge a much longer life without removing as much material.
For touch-up's, we typically start at 1,000+ grit and work our way up to 12,000 grit. This ensures that you'll constantly have a razor sharp edge!

General Sharpening

Our general sharpening is meant for those that have either worn down their original edge, or have encountered minor damage such as chips and tip loss.

We will reshape the profile to recover a clean and smooth edge, then refine the edge to become razor sharp!
